Temporarily misplaced maintenance schedule booklet Service advisor, Ryan, had to make a trip home around 10ish. He had taken maintenance schedule booklet to complete & stamp entry for day's service. Apparently the oil change serviceman had removed it from clipboard & mislaid it...it couldn't be found by several employees when service was complete. We made a second trip to dealership to retrieve it, with multiple apologies, after it WAS found. More

There was a girl with dark, short hair working in the service advisor department that was talking loudly about her personal life the entire time I sat There was a girl with dark, short hair working in the service advisor department that was talking loudly about her personal life the entire time I sat and waited. My car sat at the tire rotation station for 40 minutes before it was touched and I was tempted to walk out. Overall, I waited an hour so about average but I wouldn’t recommend the guy that helped me. He wasn’t informative at all. He didn’t seem like he knew what he was talking about and didn’t elaborate on anything about my car unless I asked. He said two of my tires were at an 8 and the other two were at a 10. When I asked what it meant, he just said “it isn’t a bad thing. At least both back tires are at this, and both front tires are at this” The explanation was useless. I’ve come here the last few times for an oil change but will probably go elsewhere next time. It’s tacky to listen to somebody working talk about their private life (and complain) for an hour and dealing with somebody that clearly has no idea what he’s talking about. More

Leaking tire replaced - Great Customer Service Took the car in because of tire leakage warning. I had not made an appointment, but Nick saw me parked and came out to help me. When I explained, he s Took the car in because of tire leakage warning. I had not made an appointment, but Nick saw me parked and came out to help me. When I explained, he said he would have it checked out to protect against potential problems on the road. Discovered there was a nail in the side wall of the tire which meant it needed to be replaced due to risk of blow-out. I had not anticipated the expense of a new tire that day, but Nick's professionalism and sensitivity made it less painful to do what was necessary. He kept check and gave me updates throughout the process until my car was returned. All was done in a timely manner and with sensitivity to customer concerns. More
