Repair of broken drivers seat for the second time. Great service. But, this is the 2nd time I’ve had to have my drivers seat repaired for the exact same issue. Not pleased Recomended front end alignment. I have 2 toyotas now & have owned toyotas over 45 years. 1st time anyone has done this ever especially on a car with Recomended front end alignment. I have 2 toyotas now & have owned toyotas over 45 years. 1st time anyone has done this ever especially on a car with less than 20,000 highway miles. No indication alignment needed. Waited 1 hr 45 minutes for a pre scheduled oil change. Poor customer service. More

Bad experience this time My vehicle had been done for probably 30 minutes before I realized that the service had been completed. When I realized my vehicle was ready, I tried My vehicle had been done for probably 30 minutes before I realized that the service had been completed. When I realized my vehicle was ready, I tried to find the assistant that had checked my car in but there was no one except one man and he was on the phone. When that man got off of the phone, I asked him about my vehicle. He checked on it for me and ended up processing the receipt so that I could go. I overheard someone say that the guy that had checked my car in had gone to lunch and left me sitting waiting on my vehicle that was already done. 30 minutes may not seem like much but my point is that the young man knew I was waiting on my vehicle and before he left to go anywhere he could have made sure that either that my transaction was complete so I could leave or asked someone else to take care of my transaction when the vehicle was done. I think the assistant that checked in my vehicles name was Grant but I am not certain on that. I do not know what the man’s name was that ended up completing my receipt so that I could leave but I wish I did. He was so nice, apologized for my wait, and got me out of there as quickly as possible. More

Reviewed all of the inspection findings and recommended I think about new tires in the future due to the slight wear on my current set of tires. More
