Horrible Service Department! Worst service department in the greater Little Rock area! Took my 2011 Prius in for some safety recall work....upon drop off asked the service tech to Worst service department in the greater Little Rock area! Took my 2011 Prius in for some safety recall work....upon drop off asked the service tech to verify parts on hand and ensure everything could be done before I left so I wouldn’t waste my day waiting for my car to be fixed....received a call an hour later wanting to order the parts for 2 recalls and then wanting to charge me $363 for a $200 dollar battery plus $150 to install it....I found an 8 minute video on YouTube on how to do it start to finish....this looks to be literally a 15minute job....so $150 for 15 minutes worth of work!!!! I don’t think so! Overall just not a good experience with this service department....and I will not be back....I have bought 3 vehicles (1 new...and 2 used) from McClarty dealerships and if this is how things are done!?!?.....I will not be buying another! Somebody get me Steve Landers please!!! More

Great customer service I received exceptional customer service during my last oil change. My wait time was slightly extended due to a new employee but I was compensated with I received exceptional customer service during my last oil change. My wait time was slightly extended due to a new employee but I was compensated with a discount for my extra time without even having to ask for it. They truly want the customer to leave happy and satisfied. I would reccomend these folks to everyone. More

Lied to. Went for for a scheduled oil change. Service was friendly and fast. Comfortable seating in the wait room with complimentary coffee and bottled water Went for for a scheduled oil change. Service was friendly and fast. Comfortable seating in the wait room with complimentary coffee and bottled water. Service was relatively quick. Upon completion, my service advisor informed me the brake pads were at 1mm, estimated a price, and told me the brakes should be done as soon as possible. Took it to a mechanic the next day and measured 3.8 mm on the pads and estimated 15,000 miles before a replacement would be needed, which is 5000 miles more than the next service interval. More
