Just ok I have worked with Nick Harper twice and each time he has been professional, polite and helpful. Everything else is just bad. Fast but expensive The service was great no complaints there and the oil change was extremely fast. but there is a large sign in the service bay advertising what a value The service was great no complaints there and the oil change was extremely fast. but there is a large sign in the service bay advertising what a value McLarty service is with other competitors prices. On the sign they advertise a synthetic oil change for $52.99. So that is what I was expecting to pay. They don’t say they charge you an additional $18.75 for labor and a few other small charges. So I ended up paying a few cent shy of $80 for a oil change while everything else was satisfactory the price is way to high and I won’t be returning More

Redemption after disappointment On this visit I waited 14 minutes as the only customer standing next to my car before seeking help from 3 employees. Other cars were in the garage but On this visit I waited 14 minutes as the only customer standing next to my car before seeking help from 3 employees. Other cars were in the garage but patrons were not. Having no one acknowledge or greet me is not the norm for this business where I purchased & service this car & my 2nd Toyota. I eventually was made to feel valued. The estimated wait was 2 1/2 hrs. but was serice was completed under an hr & wasn't charged. I will continue to use McLarty. More
