Free oil change due to lengthy wait. Wonderful dealer. Oil change took over two hours so they gave me the oil change for free. Always a pleasant experience. Questionable customer service My A/C blower motor was making a terrible noise and I was informed by the service writer that it was bad and that Toyota had a shortage of these parts My A/C blower motor was making a terrible noise and I was informed by the service writer that it was bad and that Toyota had a shortage of these parts nationwide, and that it might be two or more weeks before they would have the part. She said that I could come and pick up my truck and drive it until the part came in, then I could bring my truck back and they would replace the part. It is the middle of the summer and I would not have any A/C, (really). I asked to speak to the service manager and she said that she would have him call me. About 5 minutes later, she called me back and said that she had talked to the service manager and that they could put me in a rental until my truck was fixed. This work was all being done under warranty. I could not believe that she didn't offer the rental in the first place and would not have, if I had not insisted on speaking to the manager. This is the second time that I have had my truck here for major service and Toyota did not have the parts to fix it. The last time they had my truck for (2) months ! I was continually lied to about what was going on and when my truck was going to be fixed. This is the questionable customer service that I am talking about. More

The guy who checked me in was no where to be found. I waited about 10 minutes and just ended up asking someone if they could check me out. More
