Calling led to a recording to leave a voicemail, and online chat resulted in a promise to have someone call. I gave up and just went to the dealership without an appointment for a 10,000 mile service. It was done within an hour. Tires were incorrectly inflated (or not checked). Inflation pressure was supposed to be 36 psi--they varied from 32 to 33.5 psi. The appointment glitches suggest a problem with management of the dealership and the incorrect tire pressures quality control problems in the service area. More

Top notch team I am always VERY impressed with the Customer Service at This Service/Dealership! Wade went above and beyond discussing my options with my Avolon’s Oil I am always VERY impressed with the Customer Service at This Service/Dealership! Wade went above and beyond discussing my options with my Avolon’s Oil/Filter change. It was noted that I did not get the recommended Tire Rotation on my last visit. So, I agreed to the service. However, it is obvious that a Tire Ritation, is simply, the Rotation. Tires are removed, but not balanced prior to rotating. Lesson learned. I will just take it to Wally World next time. They automatically Rotate AND Balance, for the same price. I sure hope this Service/Dealership soon steps up and offers this service to the proper extent, it should be offered. If you are taking the wheels off, it only makes sense to check AND balance the tires. It guarantees that the car is leaving the Service Dept in top notch driving condition. More

Has free 24 month matinenance w/ purchase. Went in for oil change at 7000 miles. Made appointment for 8:45am, was on time. Still had to wait 5 minuets for a service representative to approach. All good though, I was second in line for express service; not long after there was a line of 7 cars. Glad I went early. Overall am very satisfied with McLarty Toyota; am a little miffed With the Entune 3.0 operating system. But am adjusting well. Thanks. More

My husband and I have each purchased a new vehicle in the past year and his experiences with service are lovely. Mine, just ok at best. I brought my car in first when it was nearly new as the tire light was on. I had to wait quite a while for someone to wait on me and they were too busy to work on it (fair enough) and made me an appointment for the next morning. Brought it in at the appointed time and same - waited for at least 10 min to be greeted. They said it would be a bit of a wait but eventually I found I had a nail in the tire. The quote for a new tire was high so I took it elsewhere for almost half the price (though they said they price match I wasn't waiting again). My car turned 5000 miles and the hubby told me about the Toyota Care line in service that I hadn't noticed and assured me he had been service quite quickly without an appointment so I took it in and parked it in the line. I waited for about 15 min to be even noticed. There was another gentleman with his car in the regular service line waiting when I got there. I finally walked into one of the glass offices that face the service lines and asked the employee if there was a sign in or a procedure I wasn't aware of and he very nicely told me that he would get someone out very quickly. After waiting about 10 min longer two service agents came out to talk to me and the other gentleman. My service was done in a reasonable time. They apologized for the wait and said several times how busy they were (Didn't look very busy) and apologized for not washing my car (I had hoped for that ) as their car wash was broken. While they are very nice, They really really need to do something so you get greeted when you come in. At least within a couple of min. Another agency across town greets you and starts the process right when you drive up - even without an appointment. Unless service improves I will certainly take my car to them as soon as I run out of the "free" Toyata Care service appointments. More
