I appreciated the both of them for educating me on how to take good car of my car and to add longevity to the car's performance. The young lady that help me was nice but she should not tell a customer not to talk to a mechanic when they are the experts since they do the work. Cara Coder gave me the wrong paperwork for the multi-point inspection as I have now stopped to take a look at it. The person's name on this inspection is Kimberly F Grigsby so now I will need to make another trip to your service center to get the correct information regarding my car. Really? More

Terrible Call to get a quote for a transmission flush and was sent to a voice mail the frist time. The second time I got transferred to part and told how much oil cost per gallon not helpful. Finally got a quote and receipt that the cashier keep the same one the service advisor showed me had the words" drain and fill" written in pen under the list of charges. But the receipt I was given and paid for was a transmission flush. I checked the color of the fluid on the dip stick and it is not bright in color like it should be after a flush. With lack of communication i experienced just to get a quote and make an appointment. I have no doubt that the mechanic only did a "drain and fill" and the service team then billed me for a flush. More
