Not as good as it use to be.. Arrived and sat for 20 min before finally getting out to ask help. Mike was with a customer, while many others seemed to be just pacing about. Very Disappointed While my vehicle was in the service department for almost a month having a warranty repair completed someone poured coffee on the hood of the truck an While my vehicle was in the service department for almost a month having a warranty repair completed someone poured coffee on the hood of the truck and threw the empty coffee cup in the bed of the truck. I reported the incident to the service advisor and requested the vehicle be cleaned prior to me picking it up. Although the truck was hosed off there was an obvious coffee dirt stain on the hood. I spent almost an hour cleaning the hood to get the stain off. The warranty repair failed to correct the problem but I don’t want to bring my truck back in because I’m concerned that it will be in the shop for almost another month and the vehicle will get vandalized again. I don’t have a complaint against the service advisor or tech that worked on my truck because I understand electrical problems are difficult to resolve. I am very disappointed with the overall service experience and the lack of concern for the proper care for my truck while it was in the service centers possession. I take good care of my property and I expect McLarty Toyota to show the same concern for the care of someone else’s vehicle while it’s in their possession. I spoke to a service manager, Scott?, about this. Dealerrater has not posted this review publicly...no credibility More
