People are everywhere helping customers in many ways As I’ve said before in reviewing this Toyota dealer, Mark McLarty Toyota is a fascinating place. People are everywhere helping customers in many ways from getting them water to sealing the deal on a new car purchase. Even if you don’t take a puzzle or reading material, you can be thoroughly entertained by just watching what’s going on around you. As far as the service department, service is the key word. I’ve never had better service anywhere. A service employee advises you what they will be doing with your car and gives you a time estimate. I don’t know that this happens every time, but my car was ready before the estimated time and I was on my way knowing I would get a notice when I need to show up next. For me, that is peace of mind re my car. I would recommend this dealer and service department. More

Good, but running late I had a 4:00 pm appointment for tire rotation and arrived at 3:55. I had to wait until 4:25 for my car to get in to start the service. They did not have enough people working to keep up with the appointments. When I first got there, I had to wait for a service advisor to check me in, and when the car was done, I had to tell them because they did not come to get me right away. They were not very busy either. Normally, the advisors are much better about these things. More
