Overall satisfactory A- grade I had made a 2 pm appointment and finally left at 330. This was for an oil change only. The marked on the report that they had rotated my tires but th I had made a 2 pm appointment and finally left at 330. This was for an oil change only. The marked on the report that they had rotated my tires but they did not because I hadn't requested that. They also removed the tire rotation reminder sticker that my tire dealer had placed on the windshield. Other than these things it was a tolerable experience. More
Routine maintenance I have been coming for several years and in the last two visits I’ve been less satisfied with the service. First was waiting for my vehicle to be retu I have been coming for several years and in the last two visits I’ve been less satisfied with the service. First was waiting for my vehicle to be returned when I could see it sitting out side of the Service bay. The second recent visit my vehicle was taken out of line and moved to a bay where I could not observe the work being done. It was 2nd in line and at least 3 vehicles were completely finished before I had my vehicle returned. The reason given by the Service tech Ian was I was being upgraded for faster service. Inneither instance was I satisfied with the answers. More

David took very good care of me. I came in at about 3:45 in the afternoon and expected to have to wait a while. New Place I have been a customer of another Toyota dealer here for over 20 years, so when it was time to service my vehicles, I returned to the place with which I have been a customer of another Toyota dealer here for over 20 years, so when it was time to service my vehicles, I returned to the place with which I was familiar. I had called a few days earlier and talked to a service advisor, making an appointment. I was disappointed when I arrived, because though there were several SA there, no one approached to assist me, for several minutes. One finally did, I requested the SA I has contacted and was told they would get him. NICK appeared shortly, after assisting another customer, greeted me by name, though we have never met, recalled the details of our conversation and processed the service. One item, I needed a replacement bulb not in stock. The technician contacted a nearby parts store and got it. When came time for final review prior to paying, Nick noted the charge for the bulb, contacted the tech and got price I was charged reduced to a more fair amount. I was super impressed with Nick, and will return for his attentive supervision of my maintenance issues in the future More
