Hybrid battery caput Hybrid battery died after 5.5 years. Disappointing. But Chris who checked my car in after it was towed in was very helpful. Upset that my NEW batt Hybrid battery died after 5.5 years. Disappointing. But Chris who checked my car in after it was towed in was very helpful. Upset that my NEW battery doesn't have a warranty other than the balance of the 96k extended warranty or 12 months whichever comes second. You need to do something about your phone system. I kept getting voicemails and people telling me they didn't know who chris Oliver or david swafford were. At 5:15 ...on a Friday you don't want that kind of stress, Finally, we are a family of prius owners .. my mom, me and my and daughter ... my daughter and I already decided no more hybrids for us though we will stay with toyota. Also, your tire prices are insane!! And not in a good way. My mom got the buy 3 get one for a dollar in july (in alabama) for approx 350 total with hazard insurance. Your dealership wants between 600 and 750 for the same deal (which yes includes a 90 dollar alignment. But that is still almost double. What y'all (toyota) charge for tires, filters, repairs is so high that it's no wonder customers go elsewhere. I agree the warranty issue is not a McLarty decision. I plan to write to Toyota corporate about that. More
