Pretty good Staff was very polite and prompt to wait on me. Work was not done due to parts being on back order. Service manager advised me that as soon as parts a Staff was very polite and prompt to wait on me. Work was not done due to parts being on back order. Service manager advised me that as soon as parts are available I would be called to set up a time when work could be done. Waiting area clean and well lit. French vanilla cappuccino was good. Only bad part of visit was that parts are back ordered and work could not be done. More

Maintenance with oil change and tire check/rotation I love the first class service I receive when I take my car in for service. I also appreciate the shuttle service therefore I don't have to worry abou I love the first class service I receive when I take my car in for service. Appointments don’t mean anything I had an appointment for 45000 mile service (basically a tire rotation) and arrived 15 minutes early. I was told there would be a one hour and 45 minute wait. I asked even with an appointment? and advisor told me everyone else had appointments too. It ended up taking 3 hours! Not satisfactory when I planned ahead and made an appointment! More
