Oil change Wade was my technician he was rude if I didn’t already have a good relationship with this dealership I wouldn’t come back. He wrote my paperwork up all wrong and even after telling this dude he had my name wrong he still called me by that name. The young lady at the service desk have to completely redo my paperwork. As I stated earlier if it was not got the relationship I have already established with North Point Toyota and now McLarty I wouldn’t come back. I have never encountered a rude technician since having my car service here. Will not have this dude wait on me again I will either wait if go somewhere else. More
