Personal, Speedy Service This is the fourth time I have used the service department and I plan to go back. They have always been courteous, explained problems and charges well This is the fourth time I have used the service department and I plan to go back. They have always been courteous, explained problems and charges well, assisted me with insurance when needed, and worked on my vehicle quickly. Now this is not to infer that my vehicle is in constant need of repair. Quite the opposite, my Toyota is reliable with almost no issues. Most visits are for routine maintenance. More

Scheduler needs to be aware of openings and number of workers available before scheduling to many at one time. More
Pleasantly surprised I stopped taking my wife’s car to this service department several years ago when it was still North Point due to poor customer service. Her car just hit 100k miles, so it was time for some preventative maintenance. I tried to make an appointment online, but the website appointment scheduling system was inop. Called on the phone, and no one answered at 8:30am. Left a message, and didn’t get a call back. Called the next day and got the main operator who transferred me to the service department—again no answer and left a message. Still no callback. Decided to just take it in. Nick was my service advisor, and did a great job from beginning to end. The work on my car was completely quickly and thoroughly, with no additional pressure to accomplish anything that wasn’t necessary. If they can fix the scheduling issues and phone system problems, they’ll get 5 stars from me. Will definitely go back. More
