I took my new car in for first service they didn’t believe me when I told them I had nitrigen in my tires and when rotated them put reg air in them then I found a dent in car they took pictures BEFORE believe me when I told them I had nitrigen in my tires and when rotated them put reg air in them then I found a dent in car they took pictures BEFORE the work but said they were blurry ! The dent was minor 100 dollars repair ! But guess when you only spend 25 thousand on a car and not 80 on one you get treated poorly ! After looking at the other reviews I’m not alone ! I would advise anyone looking for a vehicle to look elsewhere. The customer service has the morale compass of the ruler of North Korea...and I'd be surprised if they would be able to find their house! elsewhere. How many times does it take leaving messages for someone to give a reply? The answer is unknown, cause we call every few hours and leave yet another message.... The person that says they are in charge won't give their name. Probably cause they are the biggest problem at this facility. Go look for a car, truck or whatever somewhere else!!!! More
The worst experience I have ever had! !! I spent $1900 plus tax for them to rip out my dashboard and put back in crooked and refuse to correct! They put my light handle in backwards and le !! Brought my Toyota Camry in on the 3rd of February due to an oil leak. Was told that it was leaking in 2 areas but they had the parts to fix it. After 8 hours my car was done and I was told no more leaks. T an oil leak. Was told that it was leaking in 2 areas but they had the parts to fix it. It cost me $498 plus dollars for nothing. More

They get me to my job and then back to pick my vehicle up. Negatives: Trying to set the Service appointment up or to call back to check on your vehicle. You only reach the front office. Had problem with jerking I took my car in because it was jerking. They told me it was because of a recall and i need a tune up. They replace the recall. Two days later servic I took my car in because it was jerking. They told me it was because of a recall and i need a tune up. They replace the recall. Two days later service said it was fix. I went to pick up my car drove on freeway. Then i experienced the jerking again. Call then back told them it was doing the same thing and they told me to bring it back probably was a bad part. Took it back service said maybe we need to put it on a machine. Thirty minute later they said it was in transmission and that was on me. So i went to got my car took it to another dealership and trade it. I feel when they replace the part and told me it need a tune up they should have told me then instead of telling me it was fix. Waste money on tune up that i didn't need. More

I was told they overbooked the appointment times and 4 appointments were ahead of me. I missed an appointment because of this and shared my dissatisfaction with the customer service agent who gave me a card for a free oil change next time. Also, it took ten minutes for someone to come out to my car after driving parking in the service area bay. I finally just got out of the car and stood my it ..... More

My review of this most recent service visit is the same as most of appointments I have experienced. Arrived early, checked in and communicated not once but twice that I had an appointment for noon. I sat and watched car after car be moved in front of my car. At 1:30, I went to the desk and inquired as to why 6-8 cars had gone before me. The attendant stated, “well, they have an appointment “. I informed her that I too had an appointment and it was now 1.5 past that appointment. The lady asked who checked me in and I stated she did. The lady asked if I told her I had an appointment and I told her yes, not once but twice. The lady said we will get yours next. I watched as they pulled my car to empty stall and it sat there untouched while 3-4 cars were done in stall next to mine. Now we are approaching 3pm, I go back to the desk and I am told that the other technician may have went to lunch. I did not leave the dealership until almost 4pm. I realize things happen but I do not recall but maybe 1 time that this service dept has been close to my scheduled time. This is unacceptable to me and is enough for my business to go elsewhere. I completely understand it could take 3-4 hours if I just stop by without notice. But it is the same thing time after time. I would not think it is just me, I have to believe many customers have experienced this same thing. More
