excellent customer service I was first in line for service by getting in line over an hour before center opene. Toyotacare problem I purchased my 2016 Tundra crewmax with the agreement that I would receive 2 years of free maintenance. I returned to to dealer for my last “free” se I purchased my 2016 Tundra crewmax with the agreement that I would receive 2 years of free maintenance. I returned to to dealer for my last “free” service appointment PRIOR to the date on the sticker they put on my windshield and was told that I would have to pay out of pocket for the service apparently because I missed the cutoff by a couple of days. Toyotacare was a selling point for me and I feel like I was mislead and I got stuck with the bill. I was put thru the ringer with other problems early on so I doubt I would ever purchase from this dealer again. More

However, I was told that my CV Boots needed to be replaced and that there was a leak in the Power Steering. Because of the significant cost involved with both repairs, I chose to have another mechanic inspect the vehicle. He found no sign of a leak in the Power Steering and no cracks/leaks in the CV Boots. Those two repairs alone were quoted at over $2000. More

Absolutely great place to do business My Service Advisor, Rodger Green greeted me when I arrived at the dealership to have my Toyota serviced. If he had not greeted me I would have sought him out as I always do because I find him to be a very big help to me; answering my questions, making recommendations when it's time to have needed service work done and being willing to look up the service history on my car. He always reviews the results of the service report with me and he is very professional with a friendly demeanor. I can totally rely on Rodger to help keep me on track with the care of my Toyota. Replace Air Compressor but not the dryer and condenser I brought my 2011 Camry in because my air is not cooling it it blows hard. I had my car checked here at the dealership last May of 2017 fir the same t I brought my 2011 Camry in because my air is not cooling it it blows hard. I had my car checked here at the dealership last May of 2017 fir the same thing. I asked them to charge up my Freon. I was told I didn’t need any Freon. Ok the car then would cool some off and on but not much. So back to May 8,2018. I brought my car in and told the service person that my air is not getting cold but it blows hard. I mention I brought it in this time last year for the same thing. And I was told I don’t need any Freon. So I asked him to not stop at just checking my Freon level. But look farther. He said ok. So I got a call from your service man and was told that my compressor was faulty. And need to be replaced. I was quoted the cost of $1527.00 for just the compressor. So I let my husband know and we check around. Two of the other places that we checked on for a better price. Said they we also need to replace the dryer and maybe even the condenser. They would have to look at the condenser in order to tell me if it needs to be replaced or if it could just be flushed out. That’s when I mention to them I have taken the car to the dealership and they didn’t mention that I need a dryer or a condenser. One of them that we checked with stated that he cannot believe that you all didn’t tell me that I needed to replace the dry as well. He went on to say anytime that you open up the system you need to replace the dryer. That it is contaminated by opening the system. Well when I went to pick my car car up from your service department. I asked the one who serviced my vehicle. If I need a dryer and he said n. So I said I checked around on a compressor and was told I need the dryer replaced also. Your service person said no you don’t need one because your line isn’t broken. Ok so I call the person that told us this back and told him what the Toyota serviceman said. And he told us that the line not being broke has nothing to do with it being contaminated ( but the fact that you open the system in itself contaminats it). He also let me know if we do not replace the dryer. Then down the road we will have the same problem because the metal pieces from the old dryer will go internet the new compressor and cause the same problem. Well I have a BIG problem with this, not being told by the dealship service team thus vital information. Can you explain it to me. Because right now I DO NOT trust your services. Why was I not told about replacing the dryer and the condenser, when I was told I needed to replace the compressor. I seriously doubt I will be using your service for this job or any job after not being told this important information. Sincerely, Mrs. S.McCoy More
