He gave me the name of Robert Murry at Mark McLarty Toyota in North Little Rock. This was by far the best and easiest car deal I have ever experienced. My experience at McLarty dealership as a whole was very positive. Everyone that I encountered was very helpful and super nice. Robert Murry was probably the nicest and best car salesman I have ever dealt with. Robert made my car buying experience a pleasant one. Jennifer Jarrett-Wylie was amazing with her knowledge of all the electronics of the car that I bought. Thank you to Robert Murry and Jennifer Jarrett-Wylie and the McLarty dealership as a whole. A car that was driven off the lot and returned by buyer should not be placed with new cars. Buying a car is so frustrating because of the unnecessary pressure to buy a car and then buy a warranty. No means no! At one point I was circled by sales people. This didn't help. It only caused unnecessary anxiety. I was there to buy a car not to have my heart race and feel like I was trapped. You need to keep in mind that there are many people have PTSD. Being circled may trigger unpleasant emotions. More
