I won’t mentioned his name unless he keeps trying to talk trash about me with our people that we know in common. That guy was so unprofessional that he is not worthy to talk about AT ALL. But Mr. Tom Lewis GM. Kami, Kentrell and B.James made the difference and they highly represented the Toyota brand. I won’t lie my experience was very uncomfortable but those guys at the end make it happen and I’m very happy with my Bday present. Love my vehicle and if I ever need to get a vehicle again for my family I will go with Kami as my sales guy and the management team. More
Good deal and quick turnaround I live 200 miles away but saw a car in their used inventory I was interested in. After driving the car for two weeks now, it's apparent that it's a solid car at a great price. Marvin Love is a man of his word and more. More
Lack of Integrity from the top down We purchased a used vehicle in February. After much discussion with Philip Moore regarding an extended warranty, I added it to the package. Specifically we discussed coverage since the vehicle had a lift kit. He assured us that all OEM parts were covered. The day of purchase we encountered severe issues with the steering system. Long story short, and $2,500 dollars later it isn’t covered since we didn’t purchase optional coverage As with many reviews, they don’t return phone calls. I went to the dealership twice in person and even spoke to the general manager Tom Lewis who was insistent he returned phone calls. Three unreturned calls later, I’m still not made whole from their admitted error By far the worst dealership I’ve ever encountered in 30 years. Lack of honesty, integrity and even the least bit of professionalism. More

Used to be a fan ... not anymore When you see a vehicle on the website and inquire about it only to be told it was sold ... and 3 days later see it on the website with an 1800 price i When you see a vehicle on the website and inquire about it only to be told it was sold ... and 3 days later see it on the website with an 1800 price increase ... ticks a person off ... so you go inquire... told it was sold to mclarty honda and they put work in it ... decide to call mclarty honda ... told it was traded into them and not at the nlr toyota dealership ... work included 2 tires, windshield and battery plus cleaning and that's why they increased ther price by 1800 ... what??? Didn't even replace the timing belt that has 175k miles on it. Then to pretty much get laughed at when you tell them that you can get that work done (timing belt and ask that goes with it) for about 600 ... i mean, if that goes the car is destroyed ... We have been loyal mclarty customers since 2012 .. having purchased 4 vehicles from them ... 3 new and one pre owned ... I'm done... i was already done with their maintenance dept and hybrid cars when they replaced the hybrid battery in my car that had 76k miles on it and told me that it only came with a 12 month warranty ... but this last experience with both mclarty toyota and mclarty honda have turned me off with this family of dealerships ... i don't like being lied to ... and If they think they can take advantage of me as a consumer, they need to think again ... More

Each time we decide its time to buy I look forward to seeing Hong and working with him. How many people can say that about a car salesman? Hong as well as the dealership have ALWAYS taken excellent care of us. They are knowledgeable and they don’t play stupid games. Each time we have gotten a fair price and they have bent over backwards to make sure they have taken care of us. If you’re planning on buying a Toyota Hong is the absolute best in the business. More
