Average at best. I made an appointment around 1:30 for 3 pm to get a tire rotation. When I arrived on time they did not have me in the system for an appointment. Several cars were in the appointment line and many cars in the other line. I was told it would be at least 1-11/2 hours before they could get me in. This is the second time this dealership has made too many appointments and it was going to be a long wait just to get in. They need to do better. Nothing upsets customers more than waiting to get your car in for routine service after you have made an appointment. After complaining to the service manager he did get me in. If you are in a hurry do not use this dealership. More

Definitely a repeat customer now!! We used Bart Bennit at another dealership and when you get service that is excellent you follow the salesman. We were in the market for another Toyota We used Bart Bennit at another dealership and when you get service that is excellent you follow the salesman. We were in the market for another Toyota tundra and went to Mark Mclarty and Bart still gave the same excellent service. He never disappoints and goes above and beyond to help resolve any questions or problems we have! I had a few instances where I had to deal with the service dept and Cara Corder was excellent also! She always saw to our needs. The service dept manager however if it wasn't for these 2 individuals would have made me go elsewhere. He was rude and lacked knowledge of the situation. Was not willing to investigate or listen before he spoke. But I'd like to reintegrate that the service from Bart and Cara made me willing to overlook him and still give 10 stars! Tidy his reputation up and mclarty will be the best I've ever dealt with! More

I felt I was recommended a job which I didn't need Pickup was riding rough, I didn't feel comfortable getting it over 40. Took it to your dealership to have it diagnosed and have a quote on an overdue Pickup was riding rough, I didn't feel comfortable getting it over 40. Took it to your dealership to have it diagnosed and have a quote on an overdue timing belt, water pump, etc... The quote on the timing belt sounded about fair but the quote to change the plugs, wires, and valve cover gasket (1000) seemed ridiculous. I decided to take it home, do the job myself. When I changed the plugs I didn't see any evidence of needing a valve cover replacement. Took it to a different mechanic to do the timing belt and check the valve cover. He absolutely recommended against the valve cover. I feel like the representative at McLarty was just trying to run up a bill on me. I could've gotten the misfire diagnosis for free from orielly. Not very happy I was misdiagnosed and charged 130 for the diagnosis. More
