Customer Service was so so The work was completed in a timely manner, but I wasn't greeted when I arrived. I didn't know where to go or what to do. So I walked into a service office where I was treated as if I was interrupting. When I received the vehicle after service, the vehicle smelled as if it had been smoked in and three of the hubcaps were not properly affixed after tire rotation. When I pointed out the hubcaps by kicking the one into place the driver apologized, but didn't check the others which also needed adjustments. We also looked at a used vehicle during the visit. The salesman Bill was very helpful. More

Scheduled an oil change I arrived 30 minutes before my 2 Oclock appt. At 2:15 my name was called and I was informed it would be 3:45-4:00 before my car would be finished. Was I arrived 30 minutes before my 2 Oclock appt. At 2:15 my name was called and I was informed it would be 3:45-4:00 before my car would be finished. Was told they had over Scheduled and were short of help due to the holiday. I told them I could not wait that long as I had left my husband home alone and he is a stroke victim who can't stay alone for that length of time. Was told they could pull my car out of line of I couldn't wait. I had no choice but to leave and reschedule for the following week. When I bought my car it was North Point Toyota and I never had to schedule appt. To get service. Very disappointed to have to make another trip for a simple oil change. More
