One of the biggest waste of time I’ve ever dealt with. I sold a vehicle in preparation of buying a new Tundra from them, drove 8 hours round trip to go pick it up, and they tried to take it among themsel I sold a vehicle in preparation of buying a new Tundra from them, drove 8 hours round trip to go pick it up, and they tried to take it among themselves to collect the sales tax. I traveled from out of state, Missouri, which allow my to pay my sales tax at the dmv when I title and tag vehicles. Arkansas has the same method of paying sales taxes on vehicles too. They claimed their policy was to collect sales tax at the time of sell and that they had a third party company who would file for my registration and tags. Their “policy” didn’t coincide with Arkansas or Missouri’s dmv laws on paying taxes on motor vehicles. The general sales manger, James Bryan, stated their was no way for me to use my tax credit because their computer program simply would not allow it. I would have owed taxes on approximately $10k, but they were trying to collect taxes on $53k, a difference that was going to cost me an unnecessary $3,100. Their “policy” was all about collecting more money at the time of sale. A dealerships job is to sell and service vehicles, let the dmv do their job. More

Very disappointed! I have been doing business with this dealership since for 20 years back when it was North Point Toyota. I have purchased 5 brand new vehicles from this dealership. Brought my Toyota Camry in on the 3rd of February due to an oil leak. Was told that it was leaking in 2 areas but they had the parts to fix it. Nighmare I had a horrible experience a few weeks go at Mark McLarty Toyota in NLR, AR. I was approved for a 2020 RAV4. After having the SUV for almost two week I had a horrible experience a few weeks go at Mark McLarty Toyota in NLR, AR. I was approved for a 2020 RAV4. After having the SUV for almost two weeks, I received a call from my sales person to come in and speak with a finance manager. No one from financing ever came out to spoke to me. My person brought we two sheets of paper to the lobby, told me that I had to put down $3,000 0r $5,000 to keep the SUV or give it back. I told him, that I would give the SUV back. He went to go find my trade in and it was already marked to be sold and listed on their website. I contact manage concerning the issue, from his careless tone and nonchalant response I knew nothing would come of my complaint and to till day I have not heard from anyone from the dealership. I have purchased many cars from different dealerships and have never been treated this poorly. More
