Terrible Customer Service Through various circumstances I have purchased 3 vehicles from McClarty Toyota in the last year. The most recent has been the worst customer service e Through various circumstances I have purchased 3 vehicles from McClarty Toyota in the last year. The most recent has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was sold a used vehicle with a broken tail light and the interior touch screen not working properly. I was assured by my sales person that everything would be taken care of. After two weeks in the shop the tail light was fixed and they basically refused to fix the screen. I was given the run around and told to talk to someone different every time I tried to check on the vehicle. Every time I called the people I had been referred to, they never answered the phone or returned messages. I had to show up at the dealership to get any answers at all. I have been assured time and time again that they would do what’s right and fix the vehicle and then they have an excuse in why they won’t replace the defected pieces. I will never do business here again and I hope that I never have to interact with anyone involved again. They have made it clear that once they get what they want and sell the vehicle, you are someone else’s problem. More
Great service from Robert Murry I was looking for a Tundra. McLarty didn’t have the exact one I wanted. Robert went to work and found me one. He called me regularly and kept me up on when they would get my truck in. When it came in he made sure it was detailed and filled up with gas. Robert showed me the controls and how to set/change them. The day after the sale, he called and asked how it was going. I’ll be a return buyer. More

worst i have ever saw there Took 2 days 4 phone calls to get a service appointment just for oil change and tire rotation.1 hr 15 minutes to do was ist person there left all seat Took 2 days 4 phone calls to get a service appointment just for oil change and tire rotation.1 hr 15 minutes to do was ist person there left all seat covers and floor mats in my truck guess I am suppose to get rid of there trash, then told me I needed to get new tires (they have less than 4000 miles on them).I have 3 Tundras and a new Highlander very much considering changing were I get my vehicle's serviced never had any problems with this dealer when Mr. Morally was in charge and I have never met him something needs to be addressed with employee attitudes or I wont be back. Lacking effective customer service The service has declined since ownership of this facility changed. Many of the previous service advisors appear to be gone and the current advisors ar The service has declined since ownership of this facility changed. Many of the previous service advisors appear to be gone and the current advisors are not as pleasant or timely. On at least two separate occasions I arrived at the service center only to have to wait several minutes before being acknowledged. Lastly, the service advisors' lack of attention to detail and inappropriate documentation has lead to me having a discrepancy in the quantity of my remaining Toyota Care services. I do not see myself utilizing this service center in the future due to this reduction in quality customer service. More
