Great customer service Curtis Earp's customer service was the best I had ever experienced. No pressure sales and he helped guide me to vehicle that was best for my family's safety and budget. When I didn't understand the Bluetooth options for calling and audio I gave him a call and he walked me through exactly how the programming worked. If you are looking for a new or preowned vehicle if any kind give him a call at Mark McLarty Toyota. I love my 2017 Rav4!! More

Shuckin', jivin', and flat out lying. We previously had a good experience purchasing a new truck when it was North Point Toyota. Now we are shopping for a used vehicle, and the prices on We previously had a good experience purchasing a new truck when it was North Point Toyota. Now we are shopping for a used vehicle, and the prices on their website looked reasonable. So we printed out information for 4 cars listed, and drove 100 miles to go see them. We told the sales guy exactly what we were looking for and what price range. He had all kinds of explanations as to why those vehicles were not available, drove us around in a golf cart, then had us sit in another building. Long story short, he wasted a lot of our time and kept us there, knowing he didn't have what we needed in our price range. We went to MM Nissan. Likewise, the sales guy was very friendly and tried all kinds of things to keep us there even though they didn't have anything to offer us. I felt like it was the old "bait and switch" routine, although I could not say for sure. So today, after receiving a survey call about our experience, I got curious. Got online and sure enough, the same vehicles that we were told were gone were still listed online. I engaged the chat person, inquiring about one in particular. She kept trying to get my information, and even tried to get me to schedule a test drive in that vehicle without ever confirming that it was available. I bit later, I received an email from the internet sales manager: "Great News! The vehicle is still available. When would you be available to come by and look at it?" I replied "EXACTLY where?" and didn't hear back. In the meantime, my son got online and did the same, got the runaround, and eventually a manager admitted they did not have the car. In other words, while I would never want to accuse someone falsely, I think we confirmed that they are all full of xxxx. I will NOT be doing any further business with any of the Mark McLarty places. Poor customer relationship When you arrive 5 minutes before another customer and have the same thing done to your vehicle but you leave 20 minutes later you deserve a bad review When you arrive 5 minutes before another customer and have the same thing done to your vehicle but you leave 20 minutes later you deserve a bad review. terrible dealership - updated July 2017 Update July 2017: After another attempt to get my truck serviced at McClarty, again I drove 60 miles for nothing. They scheduled me on a Saturday wit Update July 2017: After another attempt to get my truck serviced at McClarty, again I drove 60 miles for nothing. They scheduled me on a Saturday with a service person who did not even work weekends. I said that was enough. I took my truck to Orr Toyota in Searcy. They are going to order a new part for truck and I no longer have to deal with McClarty. My wife's Venza and my Tundra will NEVER have to go back to McClarty. What a relief! Jan-April 2017: I have dealt with three different employees because each one leaves before I come back. I have had my truck in 7 times and still not repaired right. employees attitudes reflect business practices - poor service. I am blown away that they are allowed to sell Toyotas. More
