Don't walk-RUN from the service department! I understand that a service recall isn't a money maker, but a new customer to Ford such as us would be. It is mind blowing that they have such an arrogant, sarcastic young man working the front desk and the phones. His is the first face that a customer sees as he represents their company and yet they allow his type of attitude and behavior toward customers, and a corporate customer as well. Word of mouth is everything in their business and they lose money everyday with the incompetency they have placed in the service department. I'll be writing letters to corporate to help them know the bomb they're sitting on. I'm glad they aren't the only game in town. More
Excellent Service I went in for the advertised Ford Works special. I was greeted at my car with a smile and a hand shake. I gave my request and was shown the lounge. While in the service lounge I was offered soft drinks, coffee, and popcorn, WOW! After a reasonable wait my truck was done and I was checked out. Great service, I will return. More

Whenever we have had to bring our car in for service or something else, the dealership and personnel have been great. They always call and give us an estimate before doing the work and they finish the wor something else, the dealership and personnel have been great. My kids had just bought a used car for $7,000. Less than 30 days after the 30 day warranty expired, the transmission went out and now the kids have to come up with $2,000 to get the car back. I think this is unfair and not very customer service oriented. They should have at least offered to pay for 1/2 of the bill since they had just sold them the car. If I bought a car for that amount of $, I would expect it to be in proper working order for several months, at least. More

I had not planned on purchasing a vehicle that day, but left the dealership in a beautiful White 2010 Ford Edge! Beautiful vehicle...Thanks to Richard for making that happen!! Could not be happier and have already referred a friend to him. More
