Slow and unattentive No one came out to get my car for several minutes. It took 2 hours for an oil change! This was quick lube??? My experience was excellent, pleasant, and fast -- so fast It's now Mark McLarty Ford. I took my 2014 Ford Escort to this dealer for routine service. My experience was excellent, pleasant, and fast -- so fast that I couldn't finish my work in the comfortable waiting area complete with work stations. I'll be back for my next routine checkup. More

It took an hour and twenty m inutes to balance a tire I took my vehicle in for service after it had thrown a weight on the tires I had recently purchased from North Point Ford. Got there at 6:45 AM to be I took my vehicle in for service after it had thrown a weight on the tires I had recently purchased from North Point Ford. Got there at 6:45 AM to be first in line in hopes that I wouldn't have to wait too long just to have the tire rebalanced but an hour later was told it would be only 5 more minutes ("They're working on it now"). 20 minutes later the car was finally ready. It should not take an hour and twenty minutes to rebalance a tire. More

While there, we asked the AC to be looked at and found a crack in the compressor. Our after-market warranty company was extremely hard to deal with. The service folks at North Point did not flinch, but immediately went to work to have the Warranty pay what it said it would, even after I had suggested we go on without them. These are good people trying to do the right thing for their customers, and it makes me happy to have a Ford. More

On our 2015 MKC, we needed and received The Works Fuel Saver Package, the Quick Lane Multi Point Inspection and a Complimentary Wash all in a reasonable amount of time. This time was spent in a very nice waiting area and all employees I had contact with were knowledgeable and courteous. More

Sometime in April or May 2014 I received a letter from the Ford Motor Company about an extension on Allen Buck in your service department is the man. Sometime in April or May 2014 I received a letter from the Ford Motor Company about an extension on lighting control module. After the technicians looked at my car, he said they would order trhe module but it could take up to a month or longer as it was on backorder. My car was repaired this week and I expect no further problems .Allen was very friendly and professional in my interaction with him. Because of this, we have contacted one of your salesman regarding purchasing a car. More
