Frustrating I arrived there past 1pm and left that place past 4pm just to do "the works". When I arrived there, someone came and told me to leave the keys in the I arrived there past 1pm and left that place past 4pm just to do "the works". When I arrived there, someone came and told me to leave the keys in the truck and that and someone would get back to me. I sat and waited, saw people come and go. Eventually, someone came asking who the owner of the truck was. I stood up and noticed that he was talking about my truck. By this time the truck had been moved from where I initially parked it. I thought they had worked on it but to my surprise I was being asked by the service advisor what I wanted done on the truck. The works, I responded. After about 40 minutes the advisor came and told me my truck was ready. He advised on what was done and what needed to be done. He said the battery was okay, but I told him that the battery light had been showing on the dashboard, but he said today it's okay. I left at about 4:45pm, on my way home, the battery light came on. I am left to wonder whether or not a thorough job was done on my truck. More

Poor customer service and workmanship Purchased a car here and everyone was helpful. From customer service to the technicians . I got my oil changed and custom things done a few times and Purchased a car here and everyone was helpful. From customer service to the technicians . I got my oil changed and custom things done a few times and felt I was appreciated. Then one weekend I got my normal oil change and was charged over double for it. Rep stated that oil prices went up. Got my tires rotated as well. When I got 30-40 mins away from the shop i received a call from the rep stating that I was overcharged, asked for refund for the price difference rep stated we’d just make sure next time you come you are charged right . Advised him that I was hearing noise from the wheelwell as well, brought it back and was basically told they didn’t have time to look at it and just to get new tires. Asked could they switch them back and was told to come back another day ...came back another day and was told it’s no sense in changing them back because of the tires. Asked was that the reason of the noise the tech stated he doesn’t know because he’s not a certified tech and was giving keys and left there . I just feel like they don’t care about the customer. I don’t know what changed I felt valued before and the last 4-5 visits have been poor. I will not be goin back anymore and advised my mom(who I recommended she by a car this dealership and she did) not to as well. I hope no one else is experiencing the discrimination that I have there and that changes are made. More
