Before we could arrange the repairs at your dealership, I was put in hospital with pneumonia a My vehicle had a small dent while in the service dept. Before we could arrange the repairs at your dealership, I was put in hospital with pneumonia and had gall bladder surgery the same week. When I was released I had to be on oxygen therapy, and had to carry oxygen with me. Your Service manager worked with me to have the dent repaired at my home, so I wouldn't have to sit there at the dealership with the oxygen. That was such a help to me and I really appreciate it. Not customer driven. They just stare at you 😐 No return calls. Vehicle had parts and covers on passenger floor. Could not get courtesy ride at my convenience.
