dissatisfied Was charged with diagnostic fee but could not figure out problem with the vehicle. Found $1900 worth of other “problems” that they wanted to fix. When I stated I couldn’t afford them they decreased what they said they would do to $1300. Then when I said I would just come and pick up the car I was told that they would just do a recall and one other fix for $260. I said I didn’t want anything done since it wouldn’t fix the original reason for the visit. Then was told I would be charged $140 for a diagnostic fee. When I questioned this charge I was told “I gotta pay my service guy for his work.” Felt that I was getting a hard sale on work that wouldn’t fix the problem. More
Basic Oil change I just went in for a basic oil change and tire rotation. They were short staffed so all in all it took a while (almost 3 hours) but in their defense t I just went in for a basic oil change and tire rotation. Purpose of visit was to purchase tires for my F-150 Visited mclarty ford service department to purchase new tires for my F-150. I called service department first to see if I needed appointment and was told no appointment necessary and if I wanted to come in right then they would take care of it. I did and they put new tires on. The total price was actually lower than what I was quoted so that was ok with me. They had refreshments to include fresh baked cinnamon roles for those waiting in service department. The staff were nice and professional. I was very pleased with the service department. Nicole was my service advisor and she done an outstanding job. More
Took 8 days too long. People are friendly. It too way to long for the repair to be done. I feel like when someone drop up to wait. My vehicle would be put on hold. I was to People are friendly. Car Service I discussed work for my car with Allen Buck. It was going to take longer than normal so Allen put me in a rental and allowed me to go home. He kept me in touch by phone about my service so I always knew what to expect. I kept the rental longer than I thought I would but enjoyed it so much I did not mind. Allen Buck is SO GREAT to work with I hope to work with him for a long time. More

I checked into my motel after 10 pm. I googled Ford dealers near me...and McLarty Ford was the closest...about 10 minutes away. I looked at the website and I was able to do a live chat AND schedule my service appointment for the first thing the next morning. My service consultant kept me up to date on the progeress. I used the courtesy ride to and from the dealership. People were competent and friendly. Repairs made, I had full confidence in driving without further problems. If I lived in Little Rock...this would be my prefered dealership. More
