Top notch customer satisfaction Allen communicates well...even though I didn't call him til 1 pm on Saturday for regular service, he told me to bring it in, got on it right away. It just seemed like it took a long time for Nicole to find anything out from the parts department at the dealership! It just was so confusing to receive letters from Ford Lincoln saying parts were available and I would call and they weren’t! More
