Ford F 350 I took my year old truck there to e worked on , due to my 2017 ford f 350 king ranch broke down on me and left stranded. Although they said they fixed I took my year old truck there to e worked on , due to my 2017 ford f 350 king ranch broke down on me and left stranded. Although they said they fixed it , all the sheet says they did was flash the ECU. They made it seem like it was my fault that they were even working on my truck. The only guy up there that was helpful was the service manager. They also made it clear multiple times that I needed to fill up my rental vehicle with gas. Which was not a problem as I did drive it.al But when I got on my vehicle they burned a quarter of a tank of fuel. Should they have not put that back in it ? What about the miles on my vehicle ? Your rental is more important than my truck. Also no one explained to me in person what they did to my truck. My problems with this dealership has been non stop and I plan on having the whole state of Arkansas here what Mark Mclarty ford is all about. They still owe me a set of mudflaps for my truck that was agreesed upon when I pirchased my truck. But when my salesman quit they said they could not warrant what a salesman promises that no longer works there. Most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever seen. I will be posting on YouTube and also writing an article for the Arkansas Democrat Gazette. More

I had trouble getting communication regarding the status of my repairs. Other shops have automated texting capability to give status updates. I would suggest improving this communication. More

Recall McLarty had my car for 5 months for a recall and then when they called to say the part was in no one seemed to know that my car had been sitting there McLarty had my car for 5 months for a recall and then when they called to say the part was in no one seemed to know that my car had been sitting there 5 months when I finally picked my car up the battery was dead and all they did was charged it which every time I turned off I would have to be jumped off again so I had to go purchase a new battery and they offered no help. I know the recall had nothing to do with McLarty but when you drop a car off they should be aware that they have their vehicle and know where the keys are. Also after having my car for 5 months they could have at least washed it and filled it up with gas for me instead they left it with dead gas and a dead battery More
