I am extremely dissatisfied with the Service Department because I have called 6 times to schedule a Safety Recall Service on my Ford Maverick truck. It is impossible to speak with a human here and despite because I have called 6 times to schedule a Safety Recall Service on my Ford Maverick truck. It is impossible to speak with a human here and despite leaving friendly and clear voicemails, I've never received a call back. Thankfully, there are other Ford dealers in Little Rock. I called another one and got my repairs scheduled on the first call. Step your game up. I'll always steer my friends away from your business. More

We purchased a new rocky Ridge 2021 f150 February 5 22 we haven't had nothing but problems and they are doing nothing but lying. I spoke with the customer relations woman this morning about the power step ra haven't had nothing but problems and they are doing nothing but lying. I spoke with the customer relations woman this morning about the power step rail piling.thats under warranty. But she told me to talk my salesman. He can't do anything that's the service job. I asked for Mark McLarty phone number she said she can't give it to me but it wasn't hard to sell us a 100,000 truck. I would not ever buy from them again we purchased two vehicles. It's over Mark.
