Not perfect but they did try hard to make it right. Our experience didn’t start off like we wanted. But the service staff and shop manager go in, done a great job of taking care of us. Once again awesome service The attention the service personnel provide outstanding care. They came out to great me and when I got out with something to throw in the trash, they The attention the service personnel provide outstanding care. They came out to great me and when I got out with something to throw in the trash, they offered to throw it away for me. As I grabbed my cane, Denise and another person helped me get into the waiting area; carrying my drink and my purse and made sure I was comfortable and had something to drink. I was told it would be about 90 minutes and my car was done within 45 minutes. Denise made sure to have them bring my car right back to the service drop off doors so I wouldn't have to walk far. I have never had a problem with the personnel when I bring my car here....which is why I continue to bring my car here for service. More
