I was so upset, I made them re-do the paperwork to add that in. I talked to a loan officer at my credit union and she said it was bad business practice to do this, and to a Veteran also, she pointed out I should have stood my ground. I had a lot on my mind having just taken a huge loss on my trade, and realizing I'm paying 14% for this loan. Thus the 4 stars instead of 5. Like I said the service is excellent, and the salesman had been the same up until then. More

Very poor We are on a trip to California and made it to Santa Rosa yesterday. Oil change I was due for a 30,000 mile check up at that time also and had gotten a coupon in the mail and presented it to the lady at the counter, so she handed I was due for a 30,000 mile check up at that time also and had gotten a coupon in the mail and presented it to the lady at the counter, so she handed it to the service guy. Repair of sold vehicle I would have given it 5 stars, the way they have gone out of the way to assure my used vehicle purchase was in great running order was exceptional, th I would have given it 5 stars, the way they have gone out of the way to assure my used vehicle purchase was in great running order was exceptional, the service people were great, caring genually, my salesman was doing great, now where that 5th star got taken away, after signing all paperwork, going home, I had to come back the next day, my salesman told me they needed $300 some dollars from me because they got the wrong payoff, I was upset, had them re-do the paperwork, I was so mad I was not going to give them more, already gave $7,000 down, so there it is, by the way, I talked to loan officer at Arkansas fed c u, she was shocked, said it was bad business practice to do this, it was their responsibility to get that right before I signed, also was mad they did this to a Veteran, thanks for all they did do.
