Personalized service from beginning to the end!! Mike Betts and his staff made sure they found what I needed while I was there. Secured the vehicle from a store in Memphis and had it carried to their store the next day. Kept me posted about the custom assessary install they made the next day. Washed the Ford Connect and took it to the vinyl wrap shop that afternoon. The next day they picked it up from vinyl install shop, filled it up, then called me to let me know it was ready for pick up!!! This type of transaction with all of the moving parts sometimes takes 3-6 Wk’s to complete. Three days tops here! My wrapped Van was then in front of 38,000 fans in the middle of a football field War Memorial Stadium, Little Rock AR on day four. Never did I think it would be available for use that night. Great Job, great price, great follow through!!!! More

I believe that working in sales that you should go above and beyond for your customers because I could have taken my business elsewhere.. Also, always remember to call and check on your customers even after you have made a sale because that speaks a lot of you as a dealership. When you say you’re going to do something, then do it.. Excellent service department I bought a 16 Fusion as a demo model. It’s been a good little car so far. Have less than 25,000 miles right now. I’ve taken this car back to the dealership for every oil change/tire rotation. I had an issue arise with the throttle body...electronic components failed. It happens. Allen was very helpful in getting me set up with Ford Roadside assistance and I had the car towed to him. That was on a Monday. By Thursday afternoon, he had called and told me it was ready to pick up. Thankfully they had one in stock. Was a warranty item so I was not charged for the replacement. Nor was I charged for the tow bill. Allen was very professional, helpful, and courteous. That means a lot when you are having vehicle problems. The one thing I would caution the dealership about is this: They did not have any loaner vehicles available. It was not an issue for me because I have a spare car. However, many do not and that could affect their ability to get to work, pick up kids, etc. Overall, I am glad I bought this car from McLarty. The service department is rebuilding and repairing my faith and trust in service departments. No pun intended. LOL! More
