However, when I arrived home, I discovered several parts (still in their plastic bags) sitting on my back seat. From nameplates to gaskets, these parts should have been put on my vehicle before I took delivery. Honestly, I didn't notice the missing nameplates ("MKX" and "Lincoln"), and definitely would've pointed it out if I had. When I returned the vehicle to the center, the guys were apologetic and chagrined. It took 20 minutes to rectify the situation, so all is well. I suggested they add "Check Back Seat for Parts" to their checklist! More

First maintenance on new truck went great, and was free! What was supposed to take 3 hours only took 2 hours. Great coffee and snacks available in waiting area. Only negative I would have to say is that for how much I spent on my truck, I purchased a Raptor, I would have liked a car wash with my service. I would definitely recommend to others though! More
