The appointment went well. It was a fairly good experience but the price was high which I knew it would be as Tia informed me of the possible price. To replace the entire brake It was a fairly good experience but the price was high which I knew it would be as Tia informed me of the possible price. To replace the entire brake system was a large undertaking and long as the master cylinder order was late arriving from the jobber. recall I live over 40 miles from dealership. When I called about the letter said it could take a half a day or longer. I asked for a rental car and they said I live over 40 miles from dealership. Upon arrival and after I left and made it back home they called my wife and told her that they needed it back as soon as possible. First thing the next morning they called and wanted it back and I had already left for work. My wife said they were very rude on the phone. The people in car rental and the cashier were very nice but the service person was very rude. He never told me who he was or I would have let him know how I felt. More

expectations not met Freddie was great salesman and help me to find the vechile I want. I would come back to him. I didn’t hope car lot to car lot because I wanted to show Freddie that I committed selling me a vechile from Mclarty with whatever certifications and benefits it had no matter what lot It came from. The fiannce manager made me uncomfortable. I know he trying see me warranty but I was not interested. I drove off the lot with warranty but didn’t go very far before I came back to resign the paperwork. He was very disgruntled. Then I had rental I needed to return. Freddie has got set up a plan for the front desk to hold keys til enterprise could pick the Jeep up. Enterprise state the customer had to bring back the vechile. I informed Freddie let know when I would be by to pick it up. He confirmed with me. When I went to pick it up the keys to my rental. The front ladies gave to managers. Now I am sitting here in the dealership hoping and praying they find my keys. So I would definitely shop with Freddie first and see what the car lot has to offer. But if I want certain certifications I would just have go to that particular Mclarty lot. I will definitely bring my husband with me next so I don’t feel like I am being force to buy warranty and don’t feel uneasy about my purchases. More
