Online scheduling is broke or needs process improvement My wife dropped off her car yesterday for a scheduled oil change. It was scheduled via the online system days prior. When she pulled into the service bay, they had no record of the scheduling and she had to wait about 20 minutes just to get the service paperwork done. She found out that almost all morning slots were open so, we're scratching our heads as to why it took so long to drop of the car for an oil change. Thanks. Hope this kink gets worked out. More
