After the first 10 minutes, all was well. Everything went well once I knew what to do upon arrival. Finally, a worker told me to go inside and ask for Tia, that she was the Lincoln person. She couldn’t see me from her office so it wasn’t her fault, but the others could and should have told her or motioned for me to come inside. Easily correctable. Everything else was fine! More
