Overpriced parts and labor Ford parts are entirely too expensive for automobiles over 5 years old. As cars depreciate so should parts for these vehicles decrease. Very bad, will never go back I took my truck in for a service, when I arrived to drop off my truck i talk to Glen. I asked for the works package. I explained to Glen that he neede I took my truck in for a service, when I arrived to drop off my truck i talk to Glen. I asked for the works package. I explained to Glen that he needed to contact me before changing any parts because the last time I brought my truck to get serviced they change parts without asking. Also asked to check my u-joints. About an hour after leaving my truck Glen called, asked about the lug key so they could rotate my tires. I told Glen the key was in driver side door. A few minutes later I get another call saying they where unable to find key, but he didn't think I needed my tires rotated that he thought I needed to buy new tires. When arriving to pick truck up there was an extra charge for a plug that was changed at last oil change and I was not notified about. After paying and getting to my truck I opened the door and see the key sitting inside door where I told them. When I tried to talk to service manager the guy was a complete xxxxxxx and was not concerned about losing business. Will never recommend or use them again. More

Christmas Party I called to make an appointment for an oil change, was told you don’t take appointments for oil changes (which we have made one for every oil change t I called to make an appointment for an oil change, was told you don’t take appointments for oil changes (which we have made one for every oil change the past 3 years) and no one was in line, it would be a 45 minute wait. Drive from Lonoke to discover the service department is closed for a Christmas Party, during business hours and this was never mentioned in the phone call. A gentleman said “go to the mall and come back at 3.” Came back a little before 3 to discover the service department already open and now 3 cars ahead of me. Unacceptable service. We are brand loyal, bought our Edge there and always have it serviced there. We have been speaking with Chris Joshua in internet sales about specifics on trading in our Edge for something bigger, but we will take our business elsewhere. More
