Towards the end, Ford and Lincoln lacked communication about the availability of parts and being able to communicate that with the parts department at the dealership! It just seemed like it took a long time for Nicole to find anything out from the parts department at the dealership! It just was so confusing to receive letters from Ford Lincoln saying parts were available and I would call and they weren’t! More
