Never buying another carnot going back for service I drove 250 miles r.t. for a free oil change. Everything was fine until I noticed display on my dash was still in technical data. Told the service dep I drove 250 miles r.t. for a free oil change. Everything was fine until I noticed display on my dash was still in technical data. Told the service department I wanted it back to original display. Took 2 guys to figure it out while they were telling me I have to do it. Wrong, your tech guys changed the display they should put it back. Car buying experiance was awful. Gave them second chance on free oil change. This was 2nd car and last car I but from this dealership. Done. More

Wouldn’t come back if this was my first experience I arrived ten minutes early for my oil change appointment yet it was over an hour and a half until my vehicle was ready. An hour of that time I had to listen to one of their employees speaking loudly to another customer in the waiting area about gaming. When my car was done, the man just said “here’s your keys”— no thank you, have a nice day, no invoice. He never even told me his name or who serviced our vehicle. More

Not happy Came in for routine oil change. Told a tire was damaged and needed to be replaced. I was told when I purchased the car that tires are replaced at no c Came in for routine oil change. Checked out and told there would be a charge! Was told only free with normal wear and tear, not road hazard. Why was I not given a quote before work completed. I feel the tire was factory defective, not road hazard. I called manager Jim, to discuss, no return call. This is not acceptable. More
