Thank you for the feedback Harold. We do appreciate you taking the time to convey any setbacks in a five star experience. The merchant we utilize for credit card, Apple pay, and debit card transactions does charge a 3 percent surcharge on any credit card transaction. We do have this published through out the dealership to best avoid any confusion at the cashier. This is a separate charge from anything in the dealership as it comes from our merchant provider, our coupons currently offered through service can range as high as 25 percent off depending on the services performed. I hope this clears up any confusion or alleviate any concerns going forward. Thank you, Erich Bloodworth Service Manager

Thanks for your response but it doesn't really help. My point is that you should inform a potential customer prior to them coming to your dealership, not once they have already arrived and you have their car. And I was in your showroom for at least an hour, wandering around a little, and never saw any notice about the surcharge. Also, most businesses pay a fee to any credit card service organization and don't add it to a purchase at the cashier. They just build it into their price. In fact, I have never had an experience like this one in all my years of commerce. Needless to say, I won't be back to your dealership. There are other Mazda dealers in town. I only came to you because of the coupon you sent. My family is very Mazda loyal. My wife and daughter have owned or currently own seven Mazda cars since 1986. I can't imagine buying our next one from you.
