I've been to this dealership twice for service and had to take the car back immediately both times. They also charged 3% for paying by credit card, won't take a check, with payment by debit card or cash only take the car back immediately both times. I'm pretty sure the service was done correctly, but when I was notified that the car was ready, the price for the service was 5$ more than the coupon price that brought me in. The service writer fixed it by hand, not on the receipt. Not a big deal. But when I went to pay, I was informed that I would be upcharged for the use of my credit card. Maybe to make up for the reduced coupon cost? But I could pay with a debit card if I wanted to. If I had been informed up front about this extra, unpublished cost I would have been prepared. But I don't carry a debit card unless I need to. When I protested that I didn't know ahead of time about the additional charge I might have been prepared. Or I might have figured that it's BS for a big business to pass on a credit card cost by surprise. You'd think they'd just build it into the price. More
