I recently purchased a used 2007 Mitsubishi Galant. I flew into Phoenix and needed a car that day, and everyone I talked to at this dealer was both helpful and friendly. The dealership was real easy to find and not far from the airport. I had researched their website and picked out a few options. I was disappointed when I initially arrived to find the car I wanted most was not exactly up to par, as it had been advertised. However, the salesman was glad to show me all other used vehicles in my price range. He was very helpful in assisting my search and only showing me vehicles in that range. The initial offer (after taxes and fees) ended up being way higher than the initial quoted internet price, but after some negotiating we met somewhere closer in the middle. They also offered some pizza for lunch. Financing went smooth. Overall, they were very friendly and helped me find a suitable car. More
We called this dealership to find out if they could help us. My daughter needed a car and she had some hurdles to get over. She had a large down payment with some credit issues. We were told that this dealership would be able to help us, no problem. After going to the dealer 5 days in a row, I finally had had it and told them to just forget it at which they jumped up and started working on getting us a car. The paperwork was done and we drove off the lot. Unfortunately we had an empty tank and had to stop for gas on the way home. Several days later I realized that the tire valve stems had no caps. I had asked the dealership to make sure they replaced them. I also noticed that the Galant name on the car was broken, it read Galan. There is also a cracked headlight. We didn't contact the dealer because I knew we had to go in to pick up the plate. It is 30 days later and we still don't have a plate, the paperwork showed the wrong address to send the payment so the payment is lost. Apparently Chuck knew the address was wrong but failed to contact Kisha until after the payment was past due. Kisha paid with a money order so it isn't as simple as stopping payment on a check. The bank assured Kisha that the money order would be forwarded to the correct place. So far, it has not. Kisha traded in her Dodge Durango which had to be picked up from Earnhardt Dodge. We got a call from Earnhardt wanting to know why it wasn't picked up. We gave them your phone number. Got a call today from you saying you can't find the Dodge. This whole experience has been awful. When we were waiting around the dealership we were treated as though we had a disease after the 2nd day. It was obvious that everyone was tired of us and wanted us to just go away. When Kisha had to go into the dealer by herself she was ignored and when she finally got someone's attention and they got Chuck to come out he was condescending and rude to her. She is 26 and this is her car, she is the customer. She should be treated as one. Your showroom is the epitome of minimalist with very little offered to the customer for comfort. There is no waiting area, strangely, you make people wait a lot. I originally felt that I would return to purchase a car from Jack but after this I will not do any business with Mark Mitsubishi again. Jack was courteous for the most part and really out of the loop for the bulk of the transactions. Apparently once the customer agrees to a vehicle they get turned over to finance where they get lousy service. This was the worst experience I've ever had purchasing a car ever. More

I was looking for a new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. We had been looking at Big Two Mitsubishi, they would not send me a copy of the factory invoice. The salesman at Big Two stated that his boss would jer had been looking at Big Two Mitsubishi, they would not send me a copy of the factory invoice. The salesman at Big Two stated that his boss would jerk me around and to only deal with him. The woman salesperson at Big Two stated that they were the only dealership that had the Outlander Sport. I am not an ignorant consumer, after getting the run around at Big Two, I thought what the heck, I will call Mark Mitsubishi. I spoke with one of the salesmanagers, his name is Barry. He quoted me a price over the phone and told me what the invoice price was. I scheduled an appointment for 8:15 PM. Not only did they do exactly what they said, They gave us a great price for the trade in. Yes, I will purchase again from Mark Mitsubishi. . . . and refer my friends. THANK YOU BARRY AND THANK YOU MARK MITSUBISHI!!! More
Every time I have used another mechanic that is not tied to a dealership or dealer service, I have had a bad experience one way or the other. Every time I use Mark MITSUBISHI for my service and repairs, I to a dealership or dealer service, I have had a bad experience one way or the other. Every time I use Mark MITSUBISHI for my service and repairs, I get the service I that I need, and I can trust the work is done right and per manufacturer specifications. Every once and a while they may forget to top of fluids, but the important stuff is always done, seems to be done right, and always in a very timely manner. The service manager gives me accurate time and cost estimates so that I know what and when to expect with my service. Thanks, Mark MITSUBISHI! More
We pulled up to 8 sleazy sales men standing only feet in front of the door smoking. Witch was great to walk by with our 6 month old son. They then tried to tell me that they could not give a better price since I would not allow them to pull my credit, even when I am a cash buyer! No service, all scum. These are the "car salesmen" you see in the movies that make your skin crawl! Avoid this dealer at all cost. More
