Carlos Carter is one of the best sales consultants I have dealt with in the 56 years buying automobiles! We live in Payson, and Carlos had the car all prepped and ready for showing when we arrived. He started it up, opened the doors, hood, and trunk for inspection. Great for ease of inspection, then on to the test drive. When we were dealing, he was very considerate of our time and was able to get everything set for finance. We made the down payment, and were able to return for delivery. Brennden in the finance depart had everything ready for signing, and only took around 10 minutes! We were so glad that we came here, (after Jersey Mike at Chap... Phoenix blew the deal) More

I purchased an used vehicle (2022) thru Mark Mazda dealership in Scottsdale in Arizona back in March 1st 2024. I drove that car with a temporally license plate until its expired(45 days) while I've be dealership in Scottsdale in Arizona back in March 1st 2024. Later I found out through AZ Motor Vehicle Department, they did not have any documents from Mark Mazda dealership. Beware this dealership did not do their work in time. More

First off We arrived with an appointment at 6:30 to see a Tesla. The person I had an appointment with left for the day so I was handed off to him. He never shook our hand or introduced himself. My visit was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I would've been a repeat customer, I bought a car from Mark Mazda 4 months ago. I would've been a buyer again, I came specifically for one car a had. I would've been a repeat customer, I bought a car from Mark Mazda 4 months ago. I would've been a buyer again, I came specifically for one car and wanted to buy it. Unfortunately it was a really confusing and terrible experience followed up by terrible communication through text the next day. Car I originally bought still has problems they agreed to fix and never did, I see other reviews saying something similar. I walked in and Josh the sales manager was really friendly and said "take care of him he's a repeat client" but from there everything was terrible with the salesperson that helped me. The salesperson helping me couldn't tell you: Why I was interested in the bronco? How did I enjoy driving it? What made trading in my tesla for the bronco the right choice for me? What's my timeframe for making a purchase? Have I explored any type of financing? What was important to me, price/payment, etc? Didn't bother looking at my Tesla/trade in person? Spent no more than 3 minutes with me at the table, combating everything I said without any effort at trying. I wasted 45 minutes to be shown a payment that had no final sales price for the bronco, no estimated interest rate, never was given any carfax or vehicle history, and didn't bother asking anything about me. It was clear if there wasn't a sale to be made in 5 minutes that I wasn't important. I then went to 2 other dealers who offered 5k and 6k more for trade in...yet I bought my current care at Mark mazda. Salesperson said "sorry your car tanked we can't help you" exact words. Not a chance any of my employees at my companies would operate that way,he either has zero sales and customer service training or just doesn't care. Experience 0/10. That's the exact car I want, well within my budget, but because my experience was so bad I'll go pay more for something else with someone who actually cares about customers. Sales manager followed up the next day, called and said he'd get back to me to see what they could do. Never got a call back. Called and texted, no response. More
