Ben Fields.... Salesman! Excellent service, no pressure sales pitch. However carfax information on my trade-in was grossly incorrect just because of a insurance claim. As for the finance dept. Seems like nothing' s changed since the last time I purchased a vehicle.. Overall the sales staff & managers were excellent, but the trade-in appraisers and finance guys need some work... Also Ben the salesman and Chuck the manager the follow-up has been great as regards to some repairs that had to be made on the purchased vehicle. More
