Knowing that we had to evaluate the car remotely the salesman and sales manager at Mark Mitsubishi politely accommodated us by facilitating an independent review by a local mechanic. They were professional and polite as we came to terms. When we flew to Phoenix, met our sales team, and drove the car for the first time, everything was exactly as it had been depicted in description and pictures. The salesmen, Kory Chapin and John Chavez, were easy, fun and professional to work with. Kory had always "gone the extra mile" to communicate with us. We came to find out that he came in on his day off to meet us. Everyone at the dealership helped celebrate my son's first car. Anthony Clore was our finance director. He too was professional and knowledgeable. He made acquiring the vehicle easy and fun. Overall our experience was five star! More
