Unethical Business Tactics They are the most scandalous outfit & should not be in business. By the time I found the address to turn them in it was too late. From the Internet Sales Team who lures you in with a bogus quote, to the sales floor associates who tell you what you want to hear even tho it's not true, to the finance department who scandalously adds every extended warranty under the GAP coverage to later see on your paperwork "Price after equipment change" (In my case it was an additional $4,096). I took it in for the 3 month service & they noted that the tires were rotated & they lied. Called them on it & was told it was a mistake. Yes the mistake was mine ... for going there ... DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! I paid $12,000 more after they were done with me! More
Disappointed that the satellite doesn't work I was told that the satellite doesn't work for my car it constantly searches for a signal. I was also told by the salesman that sold me the car that I was told that the satellite doesn't work for my car it constantly searches for a signal. Excellent service on car, but no coffee When I pull up to the dealership I was greeted by Harry. I want to the lobby and I was dying to have some coffee so I went up to the Starbucks coffee machine and tried to get some coffee. However, the machine was broken. I have had service here several times and each time the coffee machine has been broken. I really feel like the coffee machine is there for decoration. I have never spoken on this, but I feel it is something that needs to be said at this point. It has never worked on anytime I have been there. Other than that, the service on my car was excellent and all the employees were super friendly. Everything appears to have been done with the utmost care and consideration concerning my car. I would definitely go back there to get service done on my car because that is where their expertise is. However getting a cup of coffee is impossible. More
