Liars! Purchased a brand new 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander. Have attempted to have service department fix both, they have both been denied. When wife takes vehicle in for service the service manager is extremely condescending to her. Have had nothing but issues with vehicle since the purchase, and the warranty that was purchased does nothing. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER!! More

Don't take them for their word, read the paperwork All I can say is that you need to read every paperwork before signing it, since it might not be what they were offering you. This happened to me. They claimed to match free tire and oil change for life, but when I was finalizing my deal, I realized they only offer free tire for 1 year. They tried to sweet talk me into believing they were giving me a good deal but that left me wondering why I went there instead of the other location. More
