Excellent buying experience. Jordan did a great job showing me the vehicle, explaining the options and going over the special promotional and financing available. After a little bit of the usual dealership back & forth we came to what I felt was a fair deal on my trade in as well as the new vehicle price (minimal junk fees). After the purchase Jordan took the time to help my wife set up the car, synch her phone and get everything figured out. Much appreciated. No fluff, no typical dealership nonsense. I'd rate this as one of the better car purchasing experiences I've had and would gladly go back and purchase another car from Jordan at Mazda. More

Please read before you ever step foot in Mark Mazda of Scottsdale. I have bought several vehicles in my life and have never seen such a dealership as unorganized and unresponsive as this one. I'll be lea Scottsdale. I have bought several vehicles in my life and have never seen such a dealership as unorganized and unresponsive as this one. I'll be leaving my reviews wherever I can so that hopefully, others won't have to waste their personal time at this dealership. I contacted the dealership originally regarding a Dodge 2500 that looked really nice online. When I got there to see it, it was in pretty rough shape. especially for a vehicle that they were asking over 30k for. It had a dent in the back bumper, cigarette burns in the headliner and large stains and I believe paint on the seats. The bed was pretty worn and had garbage, drill bits and other debris littered throughout it. The dealership didn't even clean out the previous owners personal belongings that were still in the cab. I decided to look at a couple of different trucks but the dealership couldn't find the keys to the 2 I had chosen and it was getting late so I left and said I would return the next day. Upon my arrival the next day, they had the wrong vehicle listed for me to see and had to fix the paper work so that it listed the correct vehicle. I then spent over two hours in the dealership as they messed up and restarted the paperwork 3 times. Meanwhile the Manager walks up and congratulates me on a purchasing a vehicle that I hadn't even started the application for. While I was in the dealership waiting for them to figure out the correct vehicle and paperwork, I got emails from another manager saying that he was available for any questions I may have on the original vehicle that I had seen the day before and wasn't even trying to buy. I responded but never heard anything back. After I left the dealership without purchasing anything, I received the same exact email from him but this time it listed the new vehicle that I was looking at. This dealership is completely disorganized and the two people I dealt with in management were not personable and barely even friendly. I felt like I was just another number to them. I only hope my bad experience will keep some from wasting their valuable time. This dealership definitely doesn't care about customer service and the management doesn't even show any personable care or value for its customers. If you do end up going there, I hope you wont have to deal with the management staff that I had to deal with and they find the keys and the correct vehicle that you are actually inquiring about. One last thing, check the paperwork and make sure your getting the vehicle you actually looked at. More
