When I arrived at the dealership, James arranged it so that the car I was most interested in was front and center already waiting for me. Wow! Then, throughout the entire process, I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. In fact, James was super attentive, forthcoming, and patient with me, answering all of my questions, showing me several vehicles, and really taking the time to make sure that I felt I was making the right choice for me. He was very genuine in his approach, showing me that he really cared. He was not at all abrasive and never did I feel like I was being "sold". He also made sure that I was well taken care of when it came to the financing part. Together with Kevin, the financing part was completely seamless and they streamlined the entire process from A to Z taking a lot of the stress off of me. Thank you James for delivering the best car-buying experience I've ever had! More

Had a great experience at the dealership...my salesperson Juan Reyes was very friendly & knowledgeable. Benjamin Williams was our sales person not willing to even pay for a second key for the car. The cost of the key to make the customer happy was 55.00. Flat out would not work with us once we got to the d even pay for a second key for the car. The cost of the key to make the customer happy was 55.00. Flat out would not work with us once we got to the dealership. Screwed up the numbers for the final payout made it look less than what we needed to pay. Then comes back with it 500 higher. We were ready to leave . Very imature and not someone I would recommend to deal with there when buying a car. Find someone that is willing to make the new customer happy!!! More
